General Likes:

While the freeforms are appreciated, you don’t need to use all of them - or even most of them! The prompts are suggestions, but if you get a better idea by all means, please follow that idea!

- Fairy tale motifs, biblical (as in Tanakh and Torah) motifs, mythological motifs in general. People turned into animals, riddles, things not being what they seem, things falling into patterns that we can recognize, even if it takes a little bit of time. Princesses and monsters and giants and talking animals, having to go on a journey but coming back.

- Characters bonding over domestic things (especially cooking/baking/grocery shopping/other things to do with food), characters arguing over domestic things, characters making up with each other with domestic things. People doing each other’s laundry as a sign of affection, people making food for each other as a sign of affection, or to show their annoyance, but they love them anyway.

Food. I love cooking, I love lavish meal descriptions, characters planning foods, having favorite foods, making food for each other as a sign of affection or as a sign of annoyance (“I told you that if you didn’t stop whistling I’d make that casserole you hated, and here we are!”), food for romance, for apologies. People remembering their loved one’s favorites, or misremembering them. People cooking together - I will happily read lavish descriptions of yeast bubbling and tomatoes being chopped and all the other minutiae associated with cooking and food and the way people show they care with it!

Baking bread. More than anything else, I love making bread - I’d love to see characters learning how to do it, making mistakes, getting better, getting worse. Yeast blooming (or not blooming, as the case may be), the warm water. Something about things getting bigger, something about things resting, about the way you have to slow down when you make bread. The sensation of dough between your fingers, the stickiness against your fingers, the crunch of crust in your back teeth… I just. I like bread.

- Characters who are bad at being emotionally sincere trying very hard to do so.

- People at the beach - warm sand, the sun beating down, the quiet when it gets late, ice cream and sandwiches while sitting under a beach umbrella.

- Inclement weather. Snow, rain, thunderstorms. Characters getting caught up in it, characters taking shelter from it, characters getting ready to go out in it. I love the way the weather can set the scene.

- Isolation, real or imagined. The way an apartment late at night can feel like an island of light in the middle of a vast ocean, or being on an actual small boat on a vast ocean. Isolated cabins in the mountains, beach houses late at night, empty streets at the very end of the day. That sweet desolation you feel, looking over an empty space and it’s just you and the one you love.

- Places with personality. Old houses with a lot of rooms, towns that have history, forests that love you and also kind of want to eat you, the ocean that will tell you its secrets as it swallows you up.

- Pining that’s trying to be subtle but isn’t. People in denial about their own feelings, then giving in to them in private. People being embarrassed and happy and sad and complicated at being in love, platonically or romantically or in ways that even they aren’t sure about.

- Daemon AUs. Please give me all the people with their souls on the outside of their bodies as animals. People with daemons that make total sense, people with daemons that make everyone double take, daemons that are small enough to hide in someone’s sleeve, daemons that are big enough to lean on. I will say that my id is very much into the contrast of tenderness and scariness. Someone transforming into a werewolf… to be affectionate because they’re too embarrassed the rest of the time. I’d love to see people being affectionate, to the best of their abilities, and sometimes it’s clumsy and awkward and it isn’t exactly right, but it’s what’s there and what helps. Some of the freeforms are just “oo, that sounds like fun” without anything in particular in mind, so please feel free to let your imagination go wild!

I’d love to see intimacy explored - not just sex, but stuff like cooking for someone, brushing their hair, wearing their clothes. Affectionate bickering, sleeping together after sex, letting someone see the uglier sides of them, or the weirder sides, or the embarassing ones. I love me an age gap - any Doctor/companion ship is definitely going to have an age gap if you want to focus on it, and especially the ships with Ace - I am totally cool with her being underage, if your own id goes that way. I’d love to see people being vulnerable in ugly, weird ways, but being loved anyway, or in spite of, or even a little bit because of. People being weird and uncomfortable but getting to be happy - even if it’s just for now - and with someone who they care about.

These characters are so codependent on so many different levels, and it’s one of the reasons I love them so much. I know that it wouldn’t be healthy or good in the real world, but neither would all that time travel, and yet. All of the ships are either Doctor/Companion or Companion/Companion (or Doctor/Companion/Companion, or Doctor/Doctor/Companion, which is pretty much all the ships you can have without the Master getting involved, now that I think about it), and I really love how… intense they can be. The trust they have in each other, the way they save each other and love each other and hurt each other and take care of each other. I’d love to see what you can do with that!

I love awkward courting rituals, the idea of things being done differently with Gallifreyans versus Trakenites or humans or… heck, even if you want to go with Mel and Ace having an age gap and having different subcultures. I love the idea of it with a daemon as well - learning how to get close to you own self, or learning how to show someone else that you care. I am also a complete and utter sucker for anything to do with bread, so if you want to write lavish breadmaking descriptions (or any other descriptions of cooking, honestly), please be my guest!

I love physical descriptions in general - for all the clothing kink, I’d love a focus on the feeling of it on the character’s skin, or how it makes them feel emotionally. How it smells, how warm or cool or… whatever. I love it when people inhabit their bodies, and revel in them.

I love the idea of the TARIDS as a character herself - please feel free to make it as weird as you want. Or send them to weird planets, time storms, anything like that. I love a murder forest that loves you, or a TARDIS that loves you, or… well, any place that might not know how to show affection in a way that isn’t dangerous, but oh wow is it affectionate!

Dark Likes

I really love escalation. The good ol’ boiling frog principle. Starting with something completely reasonable (or “completely reasonable”) and escalating, until the victim isn’t entirely sure what’s going on or how they go there, but they can’t get out.

I love creeps. People getting away with things they shouldn’t - wandering hands, wandering eyes. Fingers sliding under shirts, into pants. Covert grinding, copping feels while holding normal conversation, or under blankets. Hands up skirts, slipping into underwear, hair smelling, all the creepy groping you can imagine. Boundary pushing - "I just wanna see 'em" leading to "just the tip" to "sorry, wrong hole" sorts of escalation. Accidental touches that aren't accidental that keep going that much farther.

I really, really love characters with good intentions doing bad things for the “right” reasons. “I’m hurting you because I love you and it’ll help you”, “I’m taking away your privileges because I want you to be safe,” “we both know you’ll be happier if I make this decision,” that kind of thing. Never out of malice, never out of anger, but out of a genuine belief that they’re doing the right thing. This can tie into ABDL stuff, where someone is babied because they can’t be trusted to take care of themselves, There’s a lot of “this is for your own good, sweetheart” condescension.

With forced infantilism specifically, I really love it when the victim doesn’t realize that they’re losing all of their “special privileges” like not wetting the bed or being able to choose their own clothes or not spill all over themselves. All for the baby’s own good, and the Big’s own enjoyment. They want their baby to be happy, that’s all! I don’t have many prompts, in and of themselves - I feel like I’d be pretty happy if you took any of the characters and the freeforms and combined them.

I love the way that Clara and the Doctor’s TARDIS tend to get on each other’s nerves. I have a headcanon that the reason the Doctor’s TARDIS doesn’t like Clara much is because she can see that Clara is going to have her own TARDIS some day, and TARDIS are known to be possessive, and also are complicated when it comes to linear time, so may already know Clara will belong to another TARDIS by the time Clara arrives. I’d love to see something where the Doctor’s TARDIS tries to make nice, or Clara tries to make nice. Alternately, just about anything involving Clara with the two TARDIS, maybe them sharing her, or… something. I don’t know, it’s a little vague, but the idea of possessive TARDIS with Clara is something that I can’t get enough of.

The Lumiat is such a weirdo, and the idea of her interacting with any of the character is honestly amazing. I can see her trying to reform Missy (however she might), or interacting… very awkwardly with the Doctor, either in a “Look at how good I can be!” sort of way, or just an anxious weirdo with a crush sort of feeling. We don’t know much about her, and the idea of seeing her in a universe where Littles are known, or seeing her react to someone with wings. I feel like kink is a good way to find out the weirder parts of someone’s personality, and I’d love to see hers explored.

The Doctor with Missy and Clara just… sounds like fun. Terrifying, but fun. Clara and Missy are always pulling each other’s pigtails, and seeing the Doctor in the middle of that, either being oblivious or trying to keep the peace… it’s more than a little hilarious and super hot.

Yaz and the Doctor have such an intense dynamic, and I really love it. Especially after the special, where there’s that new anger from Yaz and the confusion from the Doctor. I’d love to see some exploration with that when it comes to a fic, especially Yaz’s conflicted feelings of being in love with the Doctor and being mad at the Doctor at the same time. The Doctor wanting to make it up to Yaz, or wanting to protect Yaz, or being mad at Yaz for being mad at her or… well, the list goes on and on, and I’d love to see what you could do with it!

The Master with Clara doesn’t spark any prompts for me, honestly, but they’re both very pretty, and I’d love to see them clash. Especially since this particular version of the Master is downright unhinged, and seeing Clara butt heads with him would be hot and faintly terrifying.

Clara and the Doctor are so… complicated. I’d love to see Clara’s reaction to the Doctor’s current shape, anything to do with the two of them going on adventures, tripping over each other in all the ways two codependent people can trip over each other, making it up to each other and messing up and making it up again.

The Doctor and the Master have always been dogging each other’s heels, like each other’s shadows. I’d love to see something with the two of them clashing, him trying to get her to pay attention to him, her trying to get him to be good. All that hurt over what happened with Missy (that neither party knows the full story of), the business with the Timeless Child, the Master’s rage at what was done to him and what was done to her… I’d love to see anything with them and any of the freeforms, honestly. And the idea of Yaz getting mixed into it is also excellent, especially if the Doctor ends up feeling torn between the lovely, sweet human who loves her (and is mad at her) and… well, the Master, being himself; her best enemy, her most hated friend.

Allison and Vanya have so much complicated history, and I’d love to see that explored. Allison’s attempts at getting closer, her anger at what Vanya did to her, versus all of the pent up resentment of Vanya’s, maybe mixed in with… well, all her other feelings, since Vanya is so new to having feelings. I’d love stuff from their childhoods, or maybe the two of them reconciling as adults. I don’t have any concrete ideas, honestly, but I’d love to see what you can do with the freeforms.

I kinda love the idea of Lila being sent to seduce either of the sisters instead of Diego. I’d love to see that play out as a fic in and of itself, or maybe the aftermath? Alternately, Lila learning how to be part of a family, especially a family as weird as that one. The resentment of having a worse upbringing - Vanya might have been left out, but at least she didn’t have to grow up with the Handler, after all. Maybe something where they get to experience their powers from a third party, and what it might feel like for Allison to be rumored or Vanya to be… whatever it is that she does. I’d love to see whatever you can do with it, honestly!

I’d love to see the history of the VKs play out - whether the four of them together, or just Evie and Mal. I really love how slightly codependent they all feel - maybe something about how the four of them are still getting used to Auradon, how much they miss the Isles, and the way things were?

That whole very intense duet between Evie and Mal in the second movie makes me feel things, and I’d love to see where you could go with that. I’ve got a random idea involving Evie growing wings and then accessorizing them, or maybe fussing over Mal’s own feathery wings, although I’m completely open to just about anything you can do with the two of them.

Mal, Ben, and Evie just strikes me as… cute? Like, Evie and her best friend and her boyfriend - the two people she loves the most. I’m going to apologize in advance, because some of this might seem a bit outlandish, but the whole point of this exchange is to be as shameless as possible, so here I am, trying!

General Likes

I really, really love characters with good intentions doing bad things for the “right” reasons. “I’m hurting you because I love you & it’ll help you”, “I’m taking away your privileges because I want you to be safe,” “we both know you’ll be happier if I make this decision,” that kind of thing. Never out of malice, never out of anger, but out of a genuine belief that they’re doing the right thing. This can tie into ABDL stuff, where someone is babied because they can’t be trusted to take care of themselves, or omegaverse, where an omega obviously just needs to be knocked up and loved on by her Alpha, taken care of by her Pack. There’s a lot of “this is for your own good, sweetheart” condescension.

With ABDL, I love it forced or voluntary. When it’s forced, the person doing the regressing is all for their own good. Maybe “you just need to relax for a little bit, this will help!” only the “little bit” keeps extending. The Little enjoys it a bit more than they should, but they don’t want to admit to it.

It’s all going to be fine!” with that slightly condescending tone? That. That exact need to show Yaz that really, the Doctor has EVERYTHING under control, it’s all fine! I really, really love that. I don’t know how else to explain it, except that when the Doctor is condescending because she knows she knows best, & maybe Yaz just needs some help remembering that. I love the idea of the Doctor going creepy about worrying about Yaz being safe, & gradually restricting more & more of Yaz’s “privileges,” making her decisions. Maybe drugging Yaz to make her gradually lose control of her bladder, to make her emotionally delicate. Maybe something scary happens (a kidnapping?) & she gets clingy & scared & ends up staying in the TARDIS. The Doctor getting to be “mummy” & fully embracing the role. I have this image of the Doctor sitting on the floor with Yaz in her lap, reading to her from a story book, maybe singing to Yaz, rocking her.

The Doctor has intense Little energy - she gives off an aura of being a toddler who you need to grab by the back of the shirt to keep from climbing into the fishtank. I love the idea of her being kidnapped by aliens & then babied, or discovering that she likes to be treated like a baby & being embarrassed by it, or full on falling down that rabbit hole. Maybe a Littles Are Known universe, where this particular incarnation is a Little. Yaz finding out that she enjoys being the Doctor’s Big/Mummy, likes being in charge of a Time Lord. That working out with River as well - River would totally be a loving Mummy, or a stern one who just has the best for her baby at heart.
