General Likes
Fairy tale motifs, biblical (as in Old Testament) motifs, mythological motifs in general
- Characters bonding over domestic things (especially cooking/baking/grocery shopping/other things to do with food), characters arguing over domestic things, characters making up with each other with domestic things. People doing each other’s laundry as a sign of affection, people making food for each other as a sign of affection, or to show their annoyance, but they love them anyway.
- Transformation, especially wings/extra arms. Preferably with some horror, but not too much of the “snapping of bones” variety. “My body isn’t mine anymore/my body has changed” but not the visceral gooey bits of it, more the existential threat.
- Themes of things repeating, traditions, “we’ve done this before, but let’s try it again anyway, to see what works.”
- Casual genderfuckery - guys in skirts and girls in suits, and nobody cares, apart from possibly finding that particular person hot. No deep rumination on gender, just comfort in playing with it.
- People saying the wrong thing, then trying to fix it, and all parties not being perfect, but more or less muddling through. Characters reconciling after a long time apart.
- Little moments captured at certain times of day - late night cups of tea at the dinner table, watching the sunset while walking down the street, the quiet moment in a kitchen while a party is going on outside.
- Skin hungry characters finally being “fed” with platonic, romantic, or sexual touch.
Long, meandering, organic conversations that go on tangents.
- Characters who are bad at being emotionally sincere trying very hard to do so.
- People at the beach - warm sand, the sun beating down, the quiet when it gets late, ice cream and sandwiches while sitting under a beach umbrella.
- Inclement weather. Snow, rain, thunderstorms. Characters getting caught up in it, characters taking shelter from it, characters getting ready to go out in it. I love the way the weather can set the scene.
- Isolation, real or imagined. The way an apartment late at night can feel like an island of light in the middle of a vast ocean, or being on an actual small boat on a vast ocean. Isolated cabins in the mountains, beach houses late at night, empty streets at the very end of the day. That sweet desolation you feel, looking over an empty space and it’s just you and the one you love.
- Places with personality. Old houses with a lot of rooms, towns that have history, forests that love you and also kind of want to eat you, the ocean that will tell you its secrets as it swallows you up.
- Pining that’s trying to be subtle but isn’t. People in denial about their own feelings, then giving in to them in private. People being embarrassed and happy and sad and complicated at being in love, platonically or romantically or in ways that even they aren’t sure about.
- Daemon AUs. Please give me all the people with their souls on the outside of their bodies as animals. My id eats that up like candy.
- Non-monogamy. Please give me all the polyam content.
Smut Likes:
- Face touching/holding, hand touching/holding. Sucking on fingers, shoving fingers into mouths, palms against cheeks, tracing someone’s profile with the tip of a finger, thumbs pressed into dimples.
- Focus on mouths - cunnilingus, sucking dick, sucking on toes, leaving hickeys. Biting, especially in unexpected places (faces, calves). Long, deep kisses, the kind of making out that leaves the head spinning.
- Awkward, first time sex, whether for the first time ever or the first time with another person or with this particular person. Two people who aren’t necessarily good at it, but enthusiastic. Fumbling first time masturbation, first kisses that start out spitty and end up toe curlingly good.
- Wingkink, extra limbs. Inhuman bodies being explored by the original body’s owners, or else by someone else who wants to explore them. Especially when it's angelic - multiple faces, fiery wings, things like that.
- Moments of sweetness in sadism, moments of sadism in sweetness. A kiss on the cheek before slapping the face, fingernails raking down someone’s thighs as you suck on their clit.
- Silliness/jokes while sex is happening, especially when it’s lampshaded. Sex is weird and funny, so why not laugh about it?
- Clothes sharing, clothing fetishes. Characters kinking on wearing someone's clothing, smelling it, fantasizing about getting caught jerking off in it.
- People being horny. Squirming in seats, pressing thighs together. Wet spots and hard nipples, biting lips and fidgeting. People noticing other people's bodies in horny ways - seeing the curve of a breast under a shirt and imagining grabbing it, daydreaming about what someone's fingers would feel like inside them as they watch someone write, or grinding against someone's thigh as you watch them cross their legs. Especially if the horny person is embarrassed by it, or the object of their affection notices and teases them.
- For ageplay (especially ABDL), I love Littles who are embarrassed. Babies who have accidents (or “accidents”) who get scolded for it and cleaned up. Babies getting diapered and put in comfy clothes, being tickled and kissed and fussed over. Babies who aren’t allowed to come, who can play with Mommy’s breasts or nurse or get bounced on knees, in diapers so thick they can’t close their legs and can’t get enough stimulation to come, but want to try anyway. Babies being given bottles and binkies, being read to, falling asleep with their heads on Mommy’s breast, listening to her heartbeat and feeling the rise and fall of her breath.
- Groping and grabbing, women covertly feeling other women up. Hands that brush against a breast, across someone’s ass, first accidentally, than a bit more deliberately. The grope-ee staying quiet, letting themselves be touched. Maybe they’re actively encouraging it, wearing shorter skirts or lower cut shirts. Women taking pleasure in other women’s bodies, by jiggling breasts or pinching asses, making her come in her pants.
- Cannibalism and gore, in certain canons. Trusting someone to put their hands in your guts, loving someone that you want to have them inside you forever. The longing to consume or be consumed, to share your deepest, ugliest parts.
- PIning. Teenage girls who have crushes on their teachers or mentors, idolizing them, blushing and stuttering and trying to impress them.
-I really, really love characters with good intentions doing bad things for the “right” reasons. “I’m hurting you because I love you and it’ll help you”, “I’m taking away your privileges because I want you to be safe,” “we both know you’ll be happier if I make this decision,” that kind of thing. Never out of malice, never out of anger, but out of a genuine belief that they’re doing the right thing. This can tie into ABDL stuff, where someone is babied because they can’t be trusted to take care of themselves, There’s a lot of “this is for your own good, sweetheart” condescension.
- Anal. I just really, really love anal. A lot.
- Older women in authority taking advantage of younger women under their authority.
- Omegaverse with female characters. Ladies with knotting cocks, ladies going into heat. Woman impregnating other woman, women fawning over their pregnant girlfriends. Scenting, growling, marking each other. Heats that result in nests, nurturing Alphas and possessive omegas. Characters embarrassed about their instincts, but going along with them anyway.
On Medium Opt-Ins
I really love in universe media - product descriptions, sketchbooks, advice columns, anything like that. I’m also a really big fan of marginalia, or back & forthing between characters (e.g., the Doctor writing “custard creams” on a shopping list, Yaz crossing it out with a note that says “the TARDIS makes them, we don’t need more”, or a blaster description with a word circled & River’s handwriting saying “no, it just jams up”, a recipe that’s had the amount of garlic you’re supposed to add crossed out & increased, or the amount of spice decreased repeatedly). I’m a big sucker for things that end up feeling lived in & used. I’m the kind of person who has to go & read every in universe bit of flavor text in video games. Lore rich is my ideal setting.
For things like advertisements, disciplinary reports, stuff like that, I’d really love people leaving comments, even if they’re third parties (e.g., “if by ‘caused a disturbance’ you mean ‘exploded a water tanker’ then yes! disturbance!”) or possibly something like “this is the third time we’ve seen this, where are they *getting* them?!” or something like that. Narrative, as told through background information.
I love seeing sketchbooks, journals, letters back & forth. Heck, even things like post it notes between two people who have alternating shifts of guard duty. I really like it when characters feel like they inhabit the world - journal entries confessing feelings and complaining about the mess hall food for Ellie, or maybe something where Diego is making fun of Allison’s fan letters. Things like that.

I’d love to see just about anything with Yaz and the Doctor exploring their feelings for each other, whether via smut or via some kind of adventure. I’d love see diary entries talking about the Doctor, or maybe a collection of her various brochures, or examples of things that meant something to her because she did it with the Doctor. I would also love to see Yaz reacting to the Doctor being married (how would she react to River coming on to her? How would River react to her?), or for Doctor/Master/Yaz, the two of them having some kind of power struggle to impress the Doctor, or the Doctor trying to keep Yaz away from the Master, for all that he is fascinating and sexy and terrifying.
The Doctor and Missy (and the Doctor and the Master) have so much complicated, intense history. I’d love something documenting that, whether it’s newspaper articles (which the Master/Missy would so leave snarky comments on), or something from history textbooks, or just a fic exploring it. The two of them have been loving and hating & fucking and killing and resurrecting and rescuing each other for so long, and I’d love anything with the complexities of that relationship, whether it’s an odd moment of intimacy or else a fight that turns into something else… or doesn’t.
River and the Doctor are so intimate and so alienated at the same time. I’d really love to see anything exploring that, the history they have. The Doctor running into River before River goes to the library & the complicated feelings that come from that. I’d love to see River’s diary, her sketchbooks, maybe just newspaper clippings or social media posts. They’re both really well traveled as characters - a fun idea might be the notes of some society that’s talking about seeing them through history, like that one dude in Rose (“Dad, it’s one of your nutters!”).
I’m not super picky when it comes to anything with Bill/Thirteen, Martha/Thirteen, or Amy/Thirteen - they’re rare enough pairings that I haven’t put too much thought into how they’d go in one direction or another. I am a big fan of both “the Doctor apologizes to Martha being a jerk (possibly on her knees)” & “Bill gets to freak out over hot new lady Doctor” or “Amy shouts at and smooches Thirteen” but those are just suggestions. I trust you to go another direction, if you’ve got a better idea!
Amy/River is the horrible dirty incest pairing of my dreams and I would love absolutely anything to do with it. Pining and desperation and love that’s embarrassing and wrong but also right. The fact that these two haven’t met in the same order - I’d love Amy’s diary entries about it, or River’s, or maybe notes they’ve exchanged while being held hostage by who knows what kind of alien menace, or a fic just exploring their feelings for each other, with or without smut.

As a whole, Umbrella Academy feels like it would be super lore heavy. In canon, there are so many magazine ads, books written, notes taken, interviews. Anything that dives down into that just feels like it’d be a lot of fun, & I’d love to see it!
Allison is my favorite character in canon, and she’s so complicated. I’d love something exploring that. I love how in season 2 we begin to see her learning how to be an ordinary person, instead of a superhero or a movie star. I also love that we can see how hard she clings to that (how much easier aspects of her life would have been, if she’d rumored more people), & then what happens when she finally (justifiably!) snaps. I’d love to see her explorations of her powers over the year, or her own personal feelings about it. Maybe something about when she realized that rumoring was maybe a bad thing to base her life on? Honestly, I’d be happy with almost anything, I just love Allison so much.
Vanya/Lila is the ship that my little goblin heat has grasped hold of, & I don’t know what to make of it, but I’d love just about any content with the two of them. I’d love an AU where Lila set her sights on Vanya instead of Diego - maybe she distrusts Lila, maybe she ends up falling hard for Lila like DIego does. What would Lila make of timid little Vanya? What if she brought out some of Vanya’s darker instincts, or if Vanay’s own sweetness drew Lila away from the Handler?
Lila and the Handler have such a weird, borderline codependent relationship. I’d love to see something with that. Something playing up Lila’s (really obvious) Mommy issues, something to do with Lila loving the Handler and hating the Handle and wanting the Handler, and all of it tangled up inside of her head. I’d especially love to see some kind of disciplinary report (maybe from Lila’s private tutor?) & the Handler’s commentary on it, although even something that’s just “Lila has a crush on her terrifying mother figure” would be super excellent.
Vanya/Helen would be complicated and weird and walking on eggshells, and I’d really love it. Maybe an AU where Helen didn’t die, or maybe the new universe Helen is still alive and Vanya goes off to find Helen and maybe apologize to her (inasmuch as she can, since “sorry you got killed in an alternate dimension” is just an odd conversation starter). Maybe they get on better now that Vanya is a lot less medicated and can feel things, and they end up passing notes to each other when they’re in practice, or something like that? Or maybe just Vanya pining subtly or not so subtly.
Vanya/Allison/Klaus and Vanya/Luther/Allison are mostly just my love of size difference and the three of them just… bonding so much this season. I’d love to see just about anything exploring that, although I don’t have any clear details otherwise. I trust you to go someplace good, should you wish to go there!

Sabrina and the Weird Sisters have this very odd relationship where they seem to be buddies (I remember the pinky walking, or cursing the boys) and adversarial (what they did to the miners, cursing her). I’d love something exploring their feelings for each other, and the twists and turns involved in it.
Sabrina and Lilith are just so complicated. Lilith loves and hates Sabrina, Sabrina is clueless to all of it, but she still loves her. The complicated feelings she has for Satan (hatred, but something like love because history, & also the feelings she might have had for Adam), transferred to Sabrina, & also whatever feelings that came with them. I kind of like the idea of Sabrina having had a crush on Miss Wardwell before she became Lilith, and would love some exploration of that as well!
Prudence and Sabrina are complicated in the best way possible. I always feel like Prudence is this interesting mix of scornful of Sabrina (she’s a half breed, after all) and jealous (because she’s got a loving family). The two of them have a remarkable amount in common - both of them orphans, children of powerful men, looked down on by a lot of the Church of Night. Anything with the two of them being romantic but still prickly, or maybe slowly softening towards friendship/something deeper.

I’d really love to see Dina and Ellie’s early days - the two of them flirting awkwardly, or pointedly not flirting. Maybe their journey back, and after JJ was born? I’d love something from those early days, when JJ was fairly new. I’d also love an AU where Ellie doesn’t go back West, and just stays on the farm, being a family. Alternately, how they might get together when Ellie comes back, sans her fingers & with a new outlook on life.
I’d love to see the early days of Riley & Ellie’s relationship - maybe they sent each other letters, or left snarky post it notes, or passed comic books back & forth with notations. Maybe what would have happened if they’d stayed in the mall, or if they hadn’t gotten bitten? Or something exploring Ellie’s grief at losing Riley, and the things she’s held on to.
Ellie/Abby is a pairing that I love the idea of, but I don’t really have any idea how it would… work. I would absolutely love to see whatever you do with them, though!
Dina/Ellie/Jessie would be complicated, but I like the idea of it. I’d prefer if Ellie and Jessie aren’t involved with each other, and it’s with Dina as a hinge. Maybe Ellie and Jessie navigating however to do this, while Dina loves the both of them. Maybe figuring out how, exactly, to do parenthood - the three of them living out on the farm, or Ellie and Dina living on the farm with Jessie visiting them and the baby. The three of them parenting JJ together, sending little letters to each other, or writing shopping lists or hunting plans or renovation ideas or… anything, really.
Ellie and Jessie seem to be good friends. I’d love to see the two of them getting to know each other a little better. Maybe from the early days when Ellie showed up at Jackson, to the point where they can metaphorically pull each other’s pigtails.
An AU where Ellie was the one who died, not Jessie, might be interesting, with Dina and Jessie trying to navigate that. Alternatively, just the two of them being friends. I’d love just about anything exploring their relationship post-break up.
Ellie and Joel are, in some ways, the heart of the series, and I’d love something exploring this. I would love anything about these two, from an AU where Joel doesn’t die, down to Ellie reflecting on the history. They seem especially good for a chance to see some kind of epistolary, journal-y type of thing, from movie reviews down to a Jackson advice column (“so someone close to me did something bad and I don’t know how to feel about it no fuck I can’t send this” sort of thing). I love them so much, and I’d love to see more of them being friends/family.
Abby and Lev were my favorite relationship of the new game, and I’d love to see some exploration of it. That moment where Abby grabs Lev’s face & says “you’re my people!” just got me right in the gut. I’m particularly interested about their time on the boat together, but if you’d like to explore something else, I’d like that too! I’d really love to see their recovering from their time with the Rattlers together as well, and just… anything with them. I loved their dynamic so much, and I’d love to see it explored some more. Especially with Abby’s clearly conflicted feelings about joining the WLF, and Lev’s figuring out who he is now that he’s no longer a Seraphite.

I don’t have much in the way of suggestions for most of these suggestions - I feel like the pairings are pretty self explanatory, for the most part. I’ve got a few bits and pieces idea for specific pairings, but most of it is pretty open.
For the teen girl/her stepmother, I have an idea involving a timid teenage girl being sent to some kind of speciality camp, and her stepmother writing her letters, & the two of them falling in love, maybe culminating in the stepmom picking her up from camp.
I would prefer for all the gender ambiguous suggestions (e.g., “cyborg/back alley doctor”) to be female or non-binary.
When it comes to the non-human characters (e.g., gods, or AI), I like it when they feel a bit more alien, but like they’re still trying, if that makes sense.

General Likes
Fairy tale motifs, biblical (as in Old Testament) motifs, mythological motifs in general
- Characters bonding over domestic things (especially cooking/baking/grocery shopping/other things to do with food), characters arguing over domestic things, characters making up with each other with domestic things. People doing each other’s laundry as a sign of affection, people making food for each other as a sign of affection, or to show their annoyance, but they love them anyway.
- Transformation, especially wings/extra arms. Preferably with some horror, but not too much of the “snapping of bones” variety. “My body isn’t mine anymore/my body has changed” but not the visceral gooey bits of it, more the existential threat.
- Themes of things repeating, traditions, “we’ve done this before, but let’s try it again anyway, to see what works.”
- Casual genderfuckery - guys in skirts and girls in suits, and nobody cares, apart from possibly finding that particular person hot. No deep rumination on gender, just comfort in playing with it.
- People saying the wrong thing, then trying to fix it, and all parties not being perfect, but more or less muddling through. Characters reconciling after a long time apart.
- Little moments captured at certain times of day - late night cups of tea at the dinner table, watching the sunset while walking down the street, the quiet moment in a kitchen while a party is going on outside.
- Skin hungry characters finally being “fed” with platonic, romantic, or sexual touch.
Long, meandering, organic conversations that go on tangents.
- Characters who are bad at being emotionally sincere trying very hard to do so.
- People at the beach - warm sand, the sun beating down, the quiet when it gets late, ice cream and sandwiches while sitting under a beach umbrella.
- Inclement weather. Snow, rain, thunderstorms. Characters getting caught up in it, characters taking shelter from it, characters getting ready to go out in it. I love the way the weather can set the scene.
- Isolation, real or imagined. The way an apartment late at night can feel like an island of light in the middle of a vast ocean, or being on an actual small boat on a vast ocean. Isolated cabins in the mountains, beach houses late at night, empty streets at the very end of the day. That sweet desolation you feel, looking over an empty space and it’s just you and the one you love.
- Places with personality. Old houses with a lot of rooms, towns that have history, forests that love you and also kind of want to eat you, the ocean that will tell you its secrets as it swallows you up.
- Pining that’s trying to be subtle but isn’t. People in denial about their own feelings, then giving in to them in private. People being embarrassed and happy and sad and complicated at being in love, platonically or romantically or in ways that even they aren’t sure about.
- Daemon AUs. Please give me all the people with their souls on the outside of their bodies as animals. My id eats that up like candy.
- Non-monogamy. Please give me all the polyam content.
Smut Likes:
- Face touching/holding, hand touching/holding. Sucking on fingers, shoving fingers into mouths, palms against cheeks, tracing someone’s profile with the tip of a finger, thumbs pressed into dimples.
- Focus on mouths - cunnilingus, sucking dick, sucking on toes, leaving hickeys. Biting, especially in unexpected places (faces, calves). Long, deep kisses, the kind of making out that leaves the head spinning.
- Awkward, first time sex, whether for the first time ever or the first time with another person or with this particular person. Two people who aren’t necessarily good at it, but enthusiastic. Fumbling first time masturbation, first kisses that start out spitty and end up toe curlingly good.

- People being horny. Squirming in seats, pressing thighs together. Wet spots and hard nipples, biting lips and fidgeting. People noticing other people's bodies in horny ways - seeing the curve of a breast under a shirt and imagining grabbing it, daydreaming about what someone's fingers would feel like inside them as they watch someone write, or grinding against someone's thigh as you watch them cross their legs. Especially if the horny person is embarrassed by it, or the object of their affection notices and teases them.
- For ageplay (especially ABDL), I love Littles who are embarrassed. Babies who have accidents (or “accidents”) who get scolded for it and cleaned up. Babies getting diapered and put in comfy clothes, being tickled and kissed and fussed over. The grope-ee staying quiet, letting themselves be touched. Maybe they’re actively encouraging it, wearing shorter skirts or lower cut shirts. Women taking pleasure in other women’s bodies, by jiggling breasts or pinching asses, making her come in her pants.
- Cannibalism and gore, in certain canons. Trusting someone to put their hands in your guts, loving someone that you want to have them inside you forever. The longing to consume or be consumed, to share your deepest, ugliest parts.
- PIning. Teenage girls who have crushes on their teachers or mentors, idolizing them, blushing and stuttering and trying to impress them.
-I really, really love characters with good intentions doing bad things for the “right” reasons. “I’m hurting you because I love you and it’ll help you”, “I’m taking away your privileges because I want you to be safe,” “we both know you’ll be happier if I make this decision,” that kind of thing. Never out of malice, never out of anger, but out of a genuine belief that they’re doing the right thing. This can tie into ABDL stuff, where someone is babied because they can’t be trusted to take care of themselves, There’s a lot of “this is for your own good, sweetheart” condescension.
- Anal. I just really, really love anal. A lot.
- Older women in authority taking advantage of younger women under their authority.
- Omegaverse with female characters. Ladies with knotting cocks, ladies going into heat. Woman impregnating other woman, women fawning over their pregnant girlfriends. Scenting, growling, marking each other. Heats that result in nests, nurturing Alphas and possessive omegas. Characters embarrassed about their instincts, but going along with them anyway.
On Medium Opt-Ins
I really love in universe media - product descriptions, sketchbooks, advice columns, anything like that. I’m also a really big fan of marginalia, or back & forthing between characters (e.g., the Doctor writing “custard creams” on a shopping list, Yaz crossing it out with a note that says “the TARDIS makes them, we don’t need more”, or a blaster description with a word circled & River’s handwriting saying “no, it just jams up”, a recipe that’s had the amount of garlic you’re supposed to add crossed out & increased, or the amount of spice decreased repeatedly). I’m a big sucker for things that end up feeling lived in & used. I’m the kind of person who has to go & read every in universe bit of flavor text in video games. Lore rich is my ideal setting.
For things like advertisements, disciplinary reports, stuff like that, I’d really love people leaving comments, even if they’re third parties (e.g., “if by ‘caused a disturbance’ you mean ‘exploded a water tanker’ then yes! disturbance!”) or possibly something like “this is the third time we’ve seen this, where are they *getting* them?!” or something like that. Narrative, as told through background information.
I love seeing sketchbooks, journals, letters back & forth. Heck, even things like post it notes between two people who have alternating shifts of guard duty. I really like it when characters feel like they inhabit the world - journal entries confessing feelings and complaining about the mess hall food for Ellie, or maybe something where Diego is making fun of Allison’s fan letters. Things like that.

I’d love to see just about anything with Yaz and the Doctor exploring their feelings for each other, whether via smut or via some kind of adventure. I’d love see diary entries talking about the Doctor, or maybe a collection of her various brochures, or examples of things that meant something to her because she did it with the Doctor. I would also love to see Yaz reacting to the Doctor being married (how would she react to River coming on to her? How would River react to her?), or for Doctor/Master/Yaz, the two of them having some kind of power struggle to impress the Doctor, or the Doctor trying to keep Yaz away from the Master, for all that he is fascinating and sexy and terrifying.
The Doctor and Missy (and the Doctor and the Master) have so much complicated, intense history. I’d love something documenting that, whether it’s newspaper articles (which the Master/Missy would so leave snarky comments on), or something from history textbooks, or just a fic exploring it. The two of them have been loving and hating & fucking and killing and resurrecting and rescuing each other for so long, and I’d love anything with the complexities of that relationship, whether it’s an odd moment of intimacy or else a fight that turns into something else… or doesn’t.
River and the Doctor are so intimate and so alienated at the same time. I’d really love to see anything exploring that, the history they have. The Doctor running into River before River goes to the library & the complicated feelings that come from that. I’d love to see River’s diary, her sketchbooks, maybe just newspaper clippings or social media posts. They’re both really well traveled as characters - a fun idea might be the notes of some society that’s talking about seeing them through history, like that one dude in Rose (“Dad, it’s one of your nutters!”).
I’m not super picky when it comes to anything with Bill/Thirteen, Martha/Thirteen, or Amy/Thirteen - they’re rare enough pairings that I haven’t put too much thought into how they’d go in one direction or another. I am a big fan of both “the Doctor apologizes to Martha being a jerk (possibly on her knees)” & “Bill gets to freak out over hot new lady Doctor” or “Amy shouts at and smooches Thirteen” but those are just suggestions. I trust you to go another direction, if you’ve got a better idea!
Amy/River is the horrible dirty incest pairing of my dreams and I would love absolutely anything to do with it. Pining and desperation and love that’s embarrassing and wrong but also right. The fact that these two haven’t met in the same order - I’d love Amy’s diary entries about it, or River’s, or maybe notes they’ve exchanged while being held hostage by who knows what kind of alien menace, or a fic just exploring their feelings for each other, with or without smut.

As a whole, Umbrella Academy feels like it would be super lore heavy. In canon, there are so many magazine ads, books written, notes taken, interviews. Anything that dives down into that just feels like it’d be a lot of fun, & I’d love to see it!
Allison is my favorite character in canon, and she’s so complicated. I’d love something exploring that. I love how in season 2 we begin to see her learning how to be an ordinary person, instead of a superhero or a movie star. I also love that we can see how hard she clings to that (how much easier aspects of her life would have been, if she’d rumored more people), & then what happens when she finally (justifiably!) snaps. I’d love to see her explorations of her powers over the year, or her own personal feelings about it. Maybe something about when she realized that rumoring was maybe a bad thing to base her life on? Honestly, I’d be happy with almost anything, I just love Allison so much.
Vanya/Lila is the ship that my little goblin heat has grasped hold of, & I don’t know what to make of it, but I’d love just about any content with the two of them. I’d love an AU where Lila set her sights on Vanya instead of Diego - maybe she distrusts Lila, maybe she ends up falling hard for Lila like DIego does. What would Lila make of timid little Vanya? What if she brought out some of Vanya’s darker instincts, or if Vanay’s own sweetness drew Lila away from the Handler?
Lila and the Handler have such a weird, borderline codependent relationship. I’d love to see something with that. Something playing up Lila’s (really obvious) Mommy issues, something to do with Lila loving the Handler and hating the Handle and wanting the Handler, and all of it tangled up inside of her head. I’d especially love to see some kind of disciplinary report (maybe from Lila’s private tutor?) & the Handler’s commentary on it, although even something that’s just “Lila has a crush on her terrifying mother figure” would be super excellent.
Vanya/Helen would be complicated and weird and walking on eggshells, and I’d really love it. Maybe an AU where Helen didn’t die, or maybe the new universe Helen is still alive and Vanya goes off to find Helen and maybe apologize to her (inasmuch as she can, since “sorry you got killed in an alternate dimension” is just an odd conversation starter). Maybe they get on better now that Vanya is a lot less medicated and can feel things, and they end up passing notes to each other when they’re in practice, or something like that? Or maybe just Vanya pining subtly or not so subtly.
Vanya/Allison/Klaus and Vanya/Luther/Allison are mostly just my love of size difference and the three of them just… bonding so much this season. I’d love to see just about anything exploring that, although I don’t have any clear details otherwise. I trust you to go someplace good, should you wish to go there!

Sabrina and the Weird Sisters have this very odd relationship where they seem to be buddies (I remember the pinky walking, or cursing the boys) and adversarial (what they did to the miners, cursing her). I’d love something exploring their feelings for each other, and the twists and turns involved in it.
Sabrina and Lilith are just so complicated. Lilith loves and hates Sabrina, Sabrina is clueless to all of it, but she still loves her. The complicated feelings she has for Satan (hatred, but something like love because history, & also the feelings she might have had for Adam), transferred to Sabrina, & also whatever feelings that came with them. I kind of like the idea of Sabrina having had a crush on Miss Wardwell before she became Lilith, and would love some exploration of that as well!
Prudence and Sabrina are complicated in the best way possible. I always feel like Prudence is this interesting mix of scornful of Sabrina (she’s a half breed, after all) and jealous (because she’s got a loving family). The two of them have a remarkable amount in common - both of them orphans, children of powerful men, looked down on by a lot of the Church of Night. Anything with the two of them being romantic but still prickly, or maybe slowly softening towards friendship/something deeper.

I’d really love to see Dina and Ellie’s early days - the two of them flirting awkwardly, or pointedly not flirting. Maybe their journey back, and after JJ was born? I’d love something from those early days, when JJ was fairly new. I’d also love an AU where Ellie doesn’t go back West, and just stays on the farm, being a family. Alternately, how they might get together when Ellie comes back, sans her fingers & with a new outlook on life.
I’d love to see the early days of Riley & Ellie’s relationship - maybe they sent each other letters, or left snarky post it notes, or passed comic books back & forth with notations. Maybe what would have happened if they’d stayed in the mall, or if they hadn’t gotten bitten? Or something exploring Ellie’s grief at losing Riley, and the things she’s held on to.
Ellie/Abby is a pairing that I love the idea of, but I don’t really have any idea how it would… work. I would absolutely love to see whatever you do with them, though!
Dina/Ellie/Jessie would be complicated, but I like the idea of it. I’d prefer if Ellie and Jessie aren’t involved with each other, and it’s with Dina as a hinge. Maybe Ellie and Jessie navigating however to do this, while Dina loves the both of them. Maybe figuring out how, exactly, to do parenthood - the three of them living out on the farm, or Ellie and Dina living on the farm with Jessie visiting them and the baby. The three of them parenting JJ together, sending little letters to each other, or writing shopping lists or hunting plans or renovation ideas or… anything, really.
Ellie and Jessie seem to be good friends. I’d love to see the two of them getting to know each other a little better. Maybe from the early days when Ellie showed up at Jackson, to the point where they can metaphorically pull each other’s pigtails.
An AU where Ellie was the one who died, not Jessie, might be interesting, with Dina and Jessie trying to navigate that. Alternatively, just the two of them being friends. I’d love just about anything exploring their relationship post-break up.
Ellie and Joel are, in some ways, the heart of the series, and I’d love something exploring this. I would love anything about these two, from an AU where Joel doesn’t die, down to Ellie reflecting on the history. They seem especially good for a chance to see some kind of epistolary, journal-y type of thing, from movie reviews down to a Jackson advice column (“so someone close to me did something bad and I don’t know how to feel about it no fuck I can’t send this” sort of thing). I love them so much, and I’d love to see more of them being friends/family.
Abby and Lev were my favorite relationship of the new game, and I’d love to see some exploration of it. That moment where Abby grabs Lev’s face & says “you’re my people!” just got me right in the gut. I’m particularly interested about their time on the boat together, but if you’d like to explore something else, I’d like that too! I’d really love to see their recovering from their time with the Rattlers together as well, and just… anything with them. I loved their dynamic so much, and I’d love to see it explored some more. Especially with Abby’s clearly conflicted feelings about joining the WLF, and Lev’s figuring out who he is now that he’s no longer a Seraphite.

I don’t have much in the way of suggestions for most of these suggestions - I feel like the pairings are pretty self explanatory, for the most part. I’ve got a few bits and pieces idea for specific pairings, but most of it is pretty open.
For the teen girl/her stepmother, I have an idea involving a timid teenage girl being sent to some kind of speciality camp, and her stepmother writing her letters, & the two of them falling in love, maybe culminating in the stepmom picking her up from camp.
I would prefer for all the gender ambiguous suggestions (e.g., “cyborg/back alley doctor”) to be female or non-binary.
When it comes to the non-human characters (e.g., gods, or AI), I like it when they feel a bit more alien, but like they’re still trying, if that makes sense.

I am super new to this fandom, but I absolutely love it so much. I'd honestly love anything with the two of these locking horns, especially with world building. I really love the notes that Gideon and Harrow leave each other to snark, and i'd love anything exploring their deeper feelings, tinged with all that snark.
