First & foremost, thank you very much for writing for me!
I’m going to apologize in advance, because some of this might seem a bit outlandish, but the whole point of this exchange is to be as shameless as possible, so here I am, trying!
General Likes
I really, really love characters with good intentions doing bad things for the “right” reasons. “I’m hurting you because I love you & it’ll help you”, “I’m taking away your privileges because I want you to be safe,” “we both know you’ll be happier if I make this decision,” that kind of thing. Never out of malice, never out of anger, but out of a genuine belief that they’re doing the right thing. This can tie into ABDL stuff, where someone is babied because they can’t be trusted to take care of themselves, or omegaverse, where an omega obviously just needs to be knocked up and loved on by her Alpha, taken care of by her Pack. There’s a lot of “this is for your own good, sweetheart” condescension.
With ABDL, I love it forced or voluntary. When it’s forced, the person doing the regressing is all for their own good. Maybe “you just need to relax for a little bit, this will help!” only the “little bit” keeps extending. The Little enjoys it a bit more than they should, but they don’t want to admit to it.

It’s all going to be fine!” with that slightly condescending tone? That. That exact need to show Yaz that really, the Doctor has EVERYTHING under control, it’s all fine! I really, really love that. I don’t know how else to explain it, except that when the Doctor is condescending because she knows she knows best, & maybe Yaz just needs some help remembering that. I love the idea of the Doctor going creepy about worrying about Yaz being safe, & gradually restricting more & more of Yaz’s “privileges,” making her decisions. Maybe drugging Yaz to make her gradually lose control of her bladder, to make her emotionally delicate. Maybe something scary happens (a kidnapping?) & she gets clingy & scared & ends up staying in the TARDIS. The Doctor getting to be “mummy” & fully embracing the role. I have this image of the Doctor sitting on the floor with Yaz in her lap, reading to her from a story book, maybe singing to Yaz, rocking her.
The Doctor has intense Little energy - she gives off an aura of being a toddler who you need to grab by the back of the shirt to keep from climbing into the fishtank. I love the idea of her being kidnapped by aliens & then babied, or discovering that she likes to be treated like a baby & being embarrassed by it, or full on falling down that rabbit hole.
